A retired Physician Associate with more than 33 years of professional experience in healthcare, Harvey has served in multiple medical disciplines, including primary care, surgery, urology, mental health, gastroenterology, and substance abuse rehabilitation. His career has been rooted in helping others, promoting well-being, and recognizing the importance of addressing both physical and spiritual needs.

Beyond healthcare, Harvey is a creative visionary, 3D animator, music producer, and digital content creator. His passion for biblical truth and innovative storytelling led to the development of Muscle Dogg, an original animated character created to communicate timeless biblical principles through engaging stories, music, humor, and meaningful life lessons.

Recognizing the potential to reach people beyond traditional methods of ministry, Harvey envisioned Fetch Global Initiative as a platform where faith, creativity, education, and community service could work together to make a lasting difference.

His vision extends beyond digital entertainment. Through accessible biblical education, character-building initiatives, and compassionate outreach, Harvey seeks to encourage individuals and families to discover their God-given purpose and develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

Working alongside his wife and Co-Founder, Petrina Palmer, he is committed to building an organization grounded in biblical truth, integrity, responsible stewardship, and genuine concern for the communities it serves.

As Chief Operating Officer, Petrina plays a vital role in shaping the organization's operational foundation, developing programs, coordinating strategic initiatives, and guiding sustainable growth while keeping its activities aligned with its Christ-centered mission.

As the Founder and CEO of Something Better Foods, Inc., Chef Chew has dedicated much of his professional career to making nutritious, plant-based foods more accessible, appealing, and affordable. Through his Better Chew food products and his work with The Veg Hub in Oakland, California, he has championed healthier eating habits and practical nutrition education, particularly within underserved communities.

His journey into plant-based nutrition began with a personal commitment to healthier living and developed into a mission to help individuals and families make informed dietary choices. Through culinary creativity, entrepreneurship, educational initiatives, and community engagement, Chef Chew has worked to demonstrate that nutritious food can be both delicious and accessible.

At Fetch Global Initiative, Chef Chew contributes his knowledge and experience in several key areas, including social media strategy, fundraising, community engagement, and plant-based culinary nutrition. His involvement supports the organization's efforts to expand its reach, cultivate meaningful partnerships, strengthen fundraising initiatives, and incorporate practical health and wellness education into its community programs.

As a Board Member, he shares in the responsibility of advancing the organization's Christ-centered mission while helping develop innovative approaches to education, wellness, and compassionate outreach.
