Fetch Global Initiative ("FGI," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through fetchglobalinitiative.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us, sign up to volunteer, or make a donation, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the content of your message.
- Donation information. Online gifts are processed securely by Zeffy, our donation platform, which also emails your tax receipt. We receive a record of your gift (name, amount, date, and contact details) so that we can thank you. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account number.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions, prayer requests, and partnership inquiries
- To process donations and send receipts and acknowledgments
- To coordinate volunteers and programs
- To send updates about our mission, if you ask to receive them
- To keep our website secure and working properly
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with other organizations for their marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our website host, email provider, and payment processor), or when the law requires it.
Prayer requests
Prayer requests are treated with care and kept confidential. We will never publish a prayer request or your name without your permission.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Registration for youth programs is completed by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Email updates
If you receive updates from us, you can ask to stop at any time by replying to any message or writing to info@fetchglobalinitiative.org.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard what you entrust to us.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
